If you don’t see EPG please follow the instructions below:
- Press Pop-up menu on the remote.
- Select Setup and press enter on the remote.
- Go to Date and Time icon and press Enter on the remote.
- Make sure the below settings are entered:
Time synchronization: Enabled.
Time server: pool.ntp.org.
Alternative time servers: time.windows.com and us.pool.ntp.org.
- Press Return on the remote and Return again to go back to the home screen.
