If you bought your media player (Alfabox, Dune HD or Mag), you can easy add it to our system and activate it by yourself. Follow the steps below.
- Go to the website and click on Connect box in the Information section, or click here.
- Register on our website if you don’t have an account or log in using your email and password.
- Select Type of the box, enter Serial Number and MAC number (numbers are located on the bottom.
- If you enter everything correctly, a window with confirmation will pop-up.
- You can pay for the subscription via Alfabox and start watching right away.
