If you don’t see EPG please follow the instructions below:
  1. Press Pop-up menu on the remote.
  2. Select Setup and press enter on the remote.
  3. Go to Date and Time icon and press Enter on the remote.
  4. Make sure the below settings are entered:
    Time synchronization: Enabled.
    Time server: pool.ntp.org.
    Alternative time servers: time.windows.com and us.pool.ntp.org.
  5. Press Return on the remote and Return again to go back to the home screen.
